Why do I need insurance?

While your renter’s or homeowner’s insurance may cover storage, not all policies do, and there are often strict limits. Our facility’s insurance only covers our property and our staff. For the best protection, consider our insurance plans from BADER!

How can I protect myself against loss?

Always lock your storage unit. Store your items on pallets or shelves and cover them with sheets to protect them from dust, moisture, and so on. Take an inventory or take photos of your stored items and keep them in a safe, separate place.
